It's your chance to sample the talents of Chef Claud Beltran, Chef Onil Chibas and Chef Paul Ragan all in a single night, and all at their respective establishments. And we've invited 3 winemakers along for the ride to pair their bottlings with the Chef's creations. Kristin Luis from Cote of Paint, Kris Beverly from Civilization Wine Co. & Wes Hagen from Native 9 / Ranchos de Ontiveros.
The evening begins with a sparkling reception at Bacchus Kitchen followed by progressive courses at Deluxe 1717 and AltaEats, and winding up back at Bacchus for a final course and a Trio of Dessert featuring a dessert composition from the pastry chefs from all 3 restaurants.
3 restaurants, 3 winemakers and a complimentary shuttle bus to transport you and 19 other guests from restaurant to restaurant over the course of 3 hours.
$175 per person (plus tax and 20% gratuity)
